The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming despite the challenges they faced, showing potential with proper management and training. the water slide pool was a highlight for both adults and kids, offering a fun and enjoyable experience. However, improvements are needed in communication, room quality, and overall organization to enhance the guest experience.

The all-inclusive package at Rixos Bab Al Bahr made our stay truly convenient and enjoyable. The spacious room with a stunning pool and sea view, along with the engaging staff who made our experience memorable, were highlights. The variety of pools, entertainment options, and delicious dining choices added to the overall relaxation and family bonding. Nearby landmarks like the Waldorf Astoria and Bab Al Bahr provided additional opportunities for exploration and enjoyment.

at rixos bahr, the beach view was awesome. the all-inclusive package offered a variety of activities, perfect for families with children. the buffet breakfast had tasty options, while the ala carte lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurants were delicious. the staff, including shyrell and arnold, were friendly and attentive. the room was beautiful, with great service and quick check-in.

I keep returning for the amazing service and facilities. I'll never forget the staff bringing a cold drink when I arrived in the heat. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, kids' activities, beach access, and more, this place suits me perfectly. I'm already planning to return for Christmas!

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning surroundings and exclusive amenities offered at this hotel. the swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor Jacuzzi were all incredibly luxurious and made our stay extra special. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were fully met.

While the options were plentiful, the food was lacking in flavor and freshness.

The suite with two connecting bedrooms was a game-changer for our family vacation. The kids' bedroom had its own separate doors, creating a sense of privacy and space resembling a mini apartment. It was like having our own little world within the larger one of the hotel.

Rixos in Ras al-Khaimah offers fantastic facilities for kids, including a temperature-controlled pool and fun slides. Live entertainment during dinner creates a lively atmosphere. the rooms are spacious with a great balcony view of the pool and tennis court. Ample menus in the restaurants and quick check-out service make the experience enjoyable for groups.

Limited selection of alcohol in the room.

My recent stay was amazing! the beach access was breathtaking. I LOVED the spa lounge. Would definitely choose to stay again. Photos do not do it justice.

the place was absolutely amassing and clean. the location was great, and we enjoyed the events at the resort. the trolley service of drinks and refreshments was an absolute plus.

Absolutely loved the vibrant and engaging entertainment team who made our stay full of fun and activities for both kids and adults, and the all inclusive package was a great deal allowing us to relax without worrying about extra costs. We also appreciated the peaceful adult pool area for quiet moments. The only downside was the lack of a pool-side bar for hot days, but overall, it didn't dampen our fantastic experience! 🌴

The suite was awesome! I loved having my own space with a separate door, and the bunk beds were so cozy. It was perfect for family time but also gave us privacy when we needed it.

I personally found the 24-hour room service a bit overwhelming. I prefer to disconnect during my stay.

The food options were endless, and my kids loved the separate rooms. But let's just say, the Fishbone restaurant's lighting needs a makeover! The atmosphere at this hotel is fantastic with plenty to keep everyone busy. The staff at Lalezar restaurant were amazing, especially Rafael and Elaman who always provided excellent service. The 7 height restaurant offered a spectacular view and the adult-only section in the main restaurant was a great addition. The room was spacious and comfortable with great bathroom amenities. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options available.

The lack of hooks/towel rails in the bathroom proved to be a frustration for guests with multiple towels and swimsuits.

the resort is perfect for families, with plenty of entertainment options, delicious food choices, and a great atmosphere. the adult-only pool provided a relaxing break from the main pool and beach area. the restaurants, especially the ones that could be booked upon arrival, were excellent. Our room, a spacious 3-bedroom suite with a large terrace, overlooked the beautiful gardens at the back of the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was always kept spotlessly clean. a wonderful experience!

Had a great Christmas stay at this resort! the animation team was fantastic, with fun activities all day long. My younger brother had a blast at the Rixy Club, and he even received medals and certificates for participating in various sports. the outdoor facilities were amazing, especially the shows in the evening. the cozy and relaxing lobby was perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the amenities that were sent to our room.

the room was old and in need of repair, which was a letdown, especially since it was our anniversary.

We had a great time at the pool, the unlimited drinks were a plus. We loved the animation team, especially Nadia, Oleg and Kirill who were great with our kids. we recommend this hotel.

We hit up the sick waterslides and chilled at the outdoor playground. The kids' pool was vibes, and the clubs for teens were open till 11pm. Plus, the pools were legit and service was top-notch.

We wished for more epic nighttime parties for us young peeps.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Adora from housekeeping who arranged for our beds to be put together and even left complimentary fruit and wine in our room. Bincent from F&B was extremely helpful in accommodating us at the Fish Bone restaurant, and the staff at Meat Point, particularly Reuben and Kimbryan, made our dining experience perfect. The staff at the Asia Lounge were always smiling and ready to serve, with Mary Ann remembering our drink preferences and Jade making us feel welcome. Even the housekeeping team, Jerome and Joyce, had contagious smiles. The service with a big smile was unforgettable.

The facilities for families were fantastic, with a kids' pool, exhilarating waterslides, an exciting outdoor playground, and vibrant clubs for kids and teens offering a range of activities until 11pm. The multiple pools and diverse free activities kept everyone entertained, while the friendly service made our stay truly delightful.

In my wife's opinion, the addition of a dedicated babysitting service would make it even more convenient for families with children.
